Welcome to AI-gency Meeting, operated by AI-gency (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using AI-gency Meeting (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.


1. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Service in any manner that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or other users.


2. Accounts & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. AI-gency is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.


3. Meetings, Media, and Content

AI-gency Meeting provides real-time audio and video communication tools.

  • You are solely responsible for the content you share, transmit, or record.
  • You are responsible for obtaining consent from participants where required by law.
  • AI-gency does not monitor, record, or store meeting content by default.

4. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle information and data.


5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Transmit malware, spam, or malicious content
